About Me

Hi, I'm Kristine.

I believe life has a way of changing all of us. Sometimes we choose those changes. Sometimes they choose us. Either way, we're left with the same question: What's next?

"You'll never amount to a successful salesperson."

My first boss

He was WRONG.

The very first sales manager I ever worked for looked me in the eye and said, "You'll never amount to a successful salesperson." Challenge accepted.

Thirty-plus years later, after building a career in Enterprise Sales, partnering with executives across finance, technology, healthcare, hospitality, education, and manufacturing... I'd say he was wrong.

But here's the funny thing: the greatest lesson from those 30+ years wasn't learning how to sell. It was learning how to understand people.

I've spent thousands of hours sitting across the table from CEOs, CFOs, HR leaders, engineers, educators, and entrepreneurs during some of their biggest decisions. I've learned how to truly listen, not just to what's being said, but to what's left unsaid. I've learned to read the room, notice body language, ask the question no one else is asking, and create the kind of conversations where people feel safe enough to be honest.

Long before I became a certified life coach, I was helping people navigate uncertainty. I just happened to be doing it in boardrooms instead of coaching sessions.

Then life handed me a few pivots of my own. I raised two incredible kids into independent adults, the accomplishment I'm most proud of. I walked away from a marriage that no longer reflected who I was becoming. And I navigated a career change, a layoff, and some unexpected health challenges.

Those experiences reminded me of something important: life doesn't always ask permission before it changes. But we get to decide how we respond.

That's why I created Pivot to Possible™.

Today, I help people who are standing at their own crossroads. Maybe your career no longer fits. Maybe your kids have grown up. Maybe you've spent years taking care of everyone else and aren't quite sure who you are anymore. Or maybe you simply know there's another chapter waiting to be written.

My job isn't to tell you what to do. It's to be your trusted thinking partner: to ask better questions, challenge old stories, help you rediscover your confidence, and remind you that the next chapter of your life doesn't have to look like the last one.

Because I don't believe possibility magically appears. I believe we create it. One conversation. One courageous decision. One intentional pivot at a time.

A few things you should know about me...

Morning ritual
A morning without coffee is simply not an option.
Happy place
Colorado. Hiking, biking, tennis, golf, pickleball: if I'm outside, I'm smiling!
Comfort zone
I believe growth lives just outside it. That's how I found myself scuba diving 85 feet below the surface in the Cayman Islands, standing on top of Colorado's 14,000-foot peaks, and somehow surfing in Costa Rica.
Where I invest
Travel, almost always. Nothing expands your perspective quite like experiencing the world.
Almost was
A sportscaster. That career took a different turn, but you'll still find me cheering on just about any sporting event!
Proudest of
My two amazing kids!

At the end of the day, success isn't just about what we've accomplished. It's about who we've become.

Life changes. So can you.

Let's discover what's possible, together.
